WASA-GN and UNESCO Etxea sign a collaboration agreement to work in favour of access to drinking water and sanitation

On 2nd June, Carlos Fernndez-Juregui, Director of WASA-GN Water Assessment and Advisory Global Network (WASA-GN), and Mikel Mancisidor, Director of UNESCO Etxea- UNESCO Center Basque Country, signed a collaboration agreement in Zaragoza to work together to improve the quality of life of those living without access to drinking water and sanitation.

Under this agreement different global actions will be performed to promote, research and disseminate the Human Right to Water, good water governance, the water and sanitation-related Millennium Development Goals and the global challenges relating to them in the area of development cooperation.

UNESCO Etxea also becomes part of the WASA-GN global network as a full member.
